Beautiful location on a nature reserve, with geese right outside. The sea was a short walk away. The nearby pub, Boathouse, was lovely. The property was spacious and had a huge decking area. It was a great base to explore the Isle of Wight from.

The location was in the middle of nowhere, with nothing to do or see. The bath was not cleaned well and the mattresses had a plastic cover, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

Stayed at the Holidays Villa and it was an amazing experience! the place was incredibly clean, even exceeding my high German cleanliness standards. the facilities provided, including an iron and washing machine, were top-notch. Set in a peaceful area with beautiful walks nearby, it was a perfect location for a quiet getaway. Checking in early was a breeze, as the staff were friendly and accommodating. a fantastic stay at Salterns Village. Cons: Nothing. It was perfect! 😊.

We had a wonderful stay at Salterns Village for a relaxing beach getaway. The chalet was perfectly located with stunning views of the nature reserve and just a short walk to the beach. Everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival and we loved the cozy decked areas for enjoying breakfast. The peaceful and calm atmosphere made it the perfect retreat, and we even got to bring our well-behaved dog along for the adventure. We cannot recommend Salterns enough and have already booked our next visit!

Our stay at Seaview Holidays was absolutely fantastic. The property was huge and really clean, making it the perfect holiday getaway. We loved being able to cook in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy our breakfasts on the patio. The entire experience was just amazing! We also found the location to be great, with the beach just a short distance away. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks like the lack of AC and some bugs getting in when we opened the door or window, our overall experience was excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at Seaview Holidays in Salterns Village and had a delightful experience. The bed in my cottage was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The cleanliness of the property was impressive and the location was absolutely lovely. The staff were friendly and provided a lot of useful information in the welcome pack. Although the cottage was small, it served its purpose well and the layout was well-designed. The shower in the bathroom was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

the hardworking staff made us feel welcome even before we arrived. the location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the beach. the property may be small, but it was perfectly equipped and well thought through. the quality of the fixtures and fittings was high, especially the incredibly comfortable beds. Our family of four plus our dog had a fantastic time. We booked last minute and are so glad we did - we will definitely be returning!

I loved that each chalet had two decks, allowing me to enjoy the sun throughout the day. the property was immaculate, and it was clear that the staff put in a lot of effort to maintain its high standards.
